Two Sioux Falls 20-Year-Olds Arrested In Iowa

At approximately 1:45 a.m. Saturday, July 5, authorities investigated a vehicle parked on State Highway 60 south of Ashton, IA.

20-year-old Justin Ray Sheehan and 20-year-old Breanna Jean Miller, both from Sioux Falls, were both cited for Person Under Legal Age (simple misdemeanor) and were transported the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

Sheehan was arrested for alleged Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense (serious misdemeanor). He was booked into Osceola County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.

While waiting for her ride in the lobby, Miller created a disturbance and was also booked into jail. She was charged for alleged Disorderly Conduct (simple misdemeanor). Miller was released after posting a $300 bond.
