Two South Dakota man have been sentenced to jail and probation after pleading guilty to child pornography charges.
39-year-old Michael Moszner, of Rapid City, will spend six years on probation and will serve an additional 50 days in jail on top of the 130 days he's already spent behind bars. Seventh Circuit Judge Thomas Trimble also fined Moszner $1,000.
Trimble said Moszner looked at images on a computer, but did not manufacture or possess them.
Thirty-two-year-old Nikolus Smith, of Belle Fourche, will spend six years on probation and will serve 180 days in jail, with work release. Smith was fined $2,000.
Smith viewed the images while he was house-sitting in Rapid City.
