Two Chances At Snow In The Next Week

You could call these the winds of change.  After a warm Sunday, the bitter north winds blew in much colder air on Monday.  The cold air will stick around for the week and will soon be joined by snow.

Not only are we watching for flakes to fly on Thursday, but another system is developing on the heels of that one and we may have another round of snow to deal with early next week.

This week's system will come shooting out of the southwest United States by mid-week and bring snow chances to western KELOLAND as early as Wednesday.  Eastern KELOLAND will get hit on Thursday.

After that moves through, another system will cross the central plains on Sunday.  As of now, this one is looks like it will hit farther south, but it still should be strong enough for a chance for snow in KELOLAND.

The system later this week should give us more snow than the one next week.  We'll continue to sort out the details on who gets what as the system gets closer.
