Two Arrested On Prostitution Charges In Sioux Falls
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

Sioux Falls police arrested two Milwaukee, Wisconsin women on prostitution charges Sunday night.

Police recieved a tip from law enforcement in Indiana that an out-of-town prostitute was working in Sioux Falls. Investigators found an online ad and arranged a meeting with 24-year-old Starr M. Dillard at a northwest Sioux Falls hotel.

In the parking lot of the motel, officers also found 26-year-old Carmen A. Brown who they say was acting as a pimp. Both women are due in court Monday Afternoon.
