Trial preparations are under way for a man who is charged with starting a fire that destroyed ten businesses in 2003 at Keystone.
Twenty-seven-year-old Sage Paulson is charged with second and third-degree arson.
Authorities believe he used an accelerant to start a fire in a trash can on the front porch of the Railhead Restaurant.
Paulson faces a maximum of 35 years in prison if convicted on both counts.
