'Tree Of Hope' To Benefit McCrossan Boys Ranch Residents

McCrossan Boys Ranch is reaching out to the community to get gifts for the boys.

McCrossan has set up its "Tree of Hope" at Scheels. People can drop off toys, coats and clothing for the boys from now until Christmas. One of the boys who got a present last year says even small gifts can be a really big deal.

"Even the kids like me, I got a football and I was appreciative of it. I've never really had a football given to me; I usually had to play with other people's," McCrossan Boys Ranch resident Rowdy said.

Officials at McCrossan say they hope to give each boy a set of clothes and a toy for Christmas. Gifts can be dropped of at the tree at Scheels right up until Christmas Eve.
