A $4 million investment will bring new life to a central Sioux Falls neighborhood.
Some old homes on Second Avenue between East 13th Street and East 14th Street, right across the street from the Sunshine grocery store, are coming down. They'll be replaced with townhomes.
There will be three buildings, two with seven units and one with 14 units. Each unit will be three stories with garages and a deck on the roof.
Construction could start in the next couple weeks.
