SIOUX FALLS, SD -

A line of severe storms produced tornadoes and dumped heavy rain on parts of northeast South Dakota Friday afternoon.

The storms started to develop around 1:30 p.m. with spotters reporting tornadoes in Spink County.

Rain-wrapped tornadoes were reported in several areas. That means rain is deep inside of the tornado. Those are especially dangerous because they can be very hard to spot in the sky.

Viewers have reported some damage from the storms, especially in the Huron area.

KELOLAND's Austin Hoffman is 20 miles south of Huron. Click on the attached video to see damage in the Huron area.

Click on the video player below to see what conditions are like there as of 2:30 p.m.

KELOLAND News will have updates as details come in.
