ABERDEEN, SD -
A 2-year-old boy injured on a South Dakota farm is expected to make a full recovery.
Spink County Sheriff Les Helm says the boy was caught between a truck and a trailer Sunday afternoon while his uncle was working on some fence. The boy was airlifted to a Sioux Falls hospital.
Helm says the boy's mother told authorities that his injuries were not life-threatening. The sheriff says the matter has been ruled an accident.
