Of the 29 off-sale alcohol stores checked, the following three sold alcohol to someone under 21 years old.
- Hy Vee, 1231 E. 57th St
- Andy’s, 1025 S Cleveland Ave.
- Kum N Go, 4721 E 26th St.
The clerks who sold to a minor were issued a citation and will have to make a mandatory court appearance.
