Three Fail SF Alcohol Compliance Test

SIOUX FALLS, SD -
Sioux Falls Police put 25 businesses to the test Wednesday night and three of them failed.
An underage buyer was able to purchase alcohol at the East 10th Street Hy-Vee, Kings Liquor Mart on North Cliff Ave. and the Pump N Pak on North Potsdam Ave.
Clerks at each of those businesses were cited and will be required to appear in court.

Authorities said a 16-year-old student fired a gun at the school Wednesday morning. Law enforcement said the injury was a flesh wound.

Authorities did not identify the victim, but described him as a 16 year old from Minnehaha County.

The teenager found dead on Interstate 90 has been identified as an O'Gorman High School student.
