The last outdoor farmers market for the season is marked with a Harvest Festival at 8th and Railroad in Sioux Falls.
Today was not your last chance to check out the market, however, as vendors now move indoors for the Winter Market. The Farmers Market offers a variety of products from fresh produce and baked good to tapestries. Venders say as the weather becomes cooler it’s nice to be able to continue the market through the fall months indoors.
“I found it interesting I didn't realize, but I've been asked five times this morning if we'd be in the inside market, so that’s very encouraging,” Farmers Market Vendor Les Miller said
The Farmers Market starts their indoor schedule November 2 and runs through the third weekend of December. It will be held in the 8th and Railroad commons area.
