The Banquet will begin serving breakfast five days a week in June.
With the added breakfasts, The Banquet will now serve eleven meals a week to those who are most in need of nourishment.
Officials are now looking for volunteer groups to serve the additional 21,000 meals per year. The Banquet needs 20 volunteers who will be responsible for paying, cooking and serving the meals. Five volunteers are needed at 5:30 a.m. for cooking and the rest arrive at 6:30 a.m. to serve.
