Temps Heat Up For JazzFest

July 17, 2014, 5:10 PM by Grant Smith

Temps Heat Up For JazzFest

As the music heats up, so will the temperatures.

You can put away those jackets you might have used earlier on in the week, and unpack the shorts and sunscreen for JazzFest.

Mostly sunny skies will be over Sioux Falls. You can expect a slight warming trend over the weekend but overall, we are still below the climate average for this time of year. And a breezy south wind will pull up some moisture so expect a little humidity this weekend.

It looks like Mother Nature will cooperate for this year's music festival and bring some great weather for really any outdoor activity. Then after this weekend is over, the warming trend looks to continue as some areas are forecasted to at or near 100 degrees next week.
