Television Chef Gives Demonstration In Sioux Falls

September 24, 2012, 6:23 PM by David Brown

Television Chef Gives Demonstration In Sioux Falls
SIOUX FALLS, SD -

One of the most famous television chefs is hosting a benefit in Sioux Falls Monday night.

You may recognize Curtis Stone from the Hy-Vee ads.  He also hosts the show "Top Chef Masters."

He's in town for "Autumn Crush" at the Washington Pavilion. Guests can sample fine wines, cheeses and other gourmet food.

"I have a really simple talent; I know how to cook," Stone said. "When you think about what cooking is, it's nurturing and it's loving and it keeps the family together and all of these amazing things. When you can use such a simple skill to do grander things, I think it's really exciting."

Stone will be hosting a live cooking demonstration at 7 p.m. at the Washington Pavilion.  If you'd like to go, tickets are $60 at the door.
