SIOUX FALLS, SD -
150 jobs and new life for an old building are coming to downtown Sioux Falls.
DocuTAP, a Sioux Falls technology company, will be leasing space in the old CNA Western Surety building on Phillips Avenue.
DocuTAP's founder Eric McDonald says the company will be adding another 150 jobs in the next two to three years.
Hegg Companies and Lloyd Companies have teamed up to purchase and remodel the building, which is now empty. They're putting in $8 million to upgrade it.
DocuTAP will occupy 36,000 square feet on the third floor.
Angela Kennecke is talking with McDonald about his success and investment in downtown tonight on KELOLAND News.
