Suspect Wanted In Toronto Bank Robbery

TORONTO, SD -

Federal and state officials are searching for the person who robbed a bank in Toronto, South Dakota, on Wednesday.

The FBI says a man entered First Bank and Trust on 445 Main Avenue just before 4 p.m. carrying a semi-automatic handgun.  He demanded employees to fill a trash bag with cash from the vault.

The robber is described as a white male with blue eyes around 6 feet tall.  He was wearing a black ski mask, black jacket and was seen driving a small, red SUV.
