The 35th annual Sioux River Folk Festival wraps up today at Newton Hills State Park south of Canton. Today's lineup includes Reverend Rueben at 11:30 a.m., The Cactus Blossoms at noon followed by Albert & Gage at 12:45 p.m. Workshops will be held from 10-11 a.m. Admission is $5.
It's day-three of the Sioux Empire Fair at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds. Today's hours are from noon to midnight. Admission is $7 for adults, $2 for children, free for kids 5 and under. The fair runs through August 10.
