Sunday Boredom Busters

Mickey Mouse and his friends rock the world during Disney Live! Mickey's Music Festival.  Performances are at 1:30 & 4:30 pm at the Sioux Falls Arena.  Tickets go from $15 up to $50 for front-row seating.

The Greater Sioux Falls Outdoor Show features displays and booths highlighting hunting, fishing, boating, water sports and camping.  the Outdoor Show goes from 10 am to 4 pm in the Expo Building of the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds.  Admission is $5.

The Sioux Empire Community Theatre presents God of Carnage at the Orpheum Theater in downtown Sioux Falls.  The performance is at 2 pm in the Anne Zabel Studio.  Tickets are $15.

Up the Wadi Without a Paddle is the topic of the Third Sunday Archeology Program at Augustana College.  Archeologist Kimball Banks's free presentation on prehistoric Egypt is at 2 pm in Room 100 of the Gilbert Science Center at 33rd & Summit.

Stores at The Empire Mall are slashing prices during Crazy Days.  Stores open at 11 a.m.

Motorcycles and ATV's will go full-throttle during the Lake Brandt Ice Races in Chester, SD.  The races start at noon in front of the Shipwreck Bar & Grill.

This is the final day the two Sioux Falls Christmas tree drop-off sites are open.  The east side location is on East Chambers Street by the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.  The west side drop-off is at North Lyon Boulevard west of the the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds.  The hours are from 9 a.m to 5 p.m.
