Sunday Boredom Busters

     Head to Great Bear Recreation Park if you're feeling the need for speed.
     The KELO-TV Skier-Snowboarder Speed Races put the fastest competitors of all ages on the slopes.
     Registration is at 9 am.
     The races start at 1 pm.

     The Black Hills Stock Show and Rodeo wraps up its mid-winter run with a couple of events at the Pennington County Fairgrounds in Rapid City.
     Open 4-D Barrel Racing goes all day starting at 9 am at the James Kjerstad Event Center.
     A buffalo sale takes place from 10 am to 1 pm in the Captain Glen Building.

     Susie McEntire and Mark Eaton are hosting a Cowboy Church Service at the Best Western Ramkota in Rapid City beginning at 10 am.
     The Best Western Ramkota is located at 2111 North LaCrosse in Rapid City.

     The Augustana Library Association presents A Winter's Tale: The License of Ink, a program of literature and music.
     It gets underway at 2:30 pm at the Mikkelson Library on the Augustana College campus.
     Admission is $15, $12.50 for Library Association members.
     A reception will follow.

     Benson's Flea Market is South Dakota's longest-running flea market featuring antiques and collectibles plus rummage sale items.
     It's in the Expo Building at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds from 9 am to 5 pm today, 11 am to 4 pm Sunday.
     Admission is $2, free for kids 12 and under.

     First Lutheran Church in downtown Sioux Falls is hosting an All--You-Can-Eat Waffle Breakfast.
     They'll be serving from 9 am to 1 pm.
     Tickets are $6.50, free for kids 5 and under.
