Sunday Boredom Busters

     Kids can learn fun ways to lead greener lifestyles at Bixby's Inflatable Rainforest.
     It's at the Sioux Falls Convention Center where families will be treated to magic, singing, stage shows, parades, live animals and inflatable rides from 10 am to 5 pm.
     Admission is $10, free for children one year of age and younger.

     Frosty Frolics, hosted by Sioux Falls Parks & Rec, wraps up today with more winter outdoor fun.
     A winter carnival at Memorial ice rink features a meet & greet with the Sioux Falls Stampede hockey team, plus carnival games on the ice and animals from the Great Plains Zoo from 1-3 pm.
     Great Bear Recreation Park is hosting snowboarding and skiing races from 1-4 pm.

     Mayor Mike Huether is hosting a Listening & Learning Session at First Lutheran Church in downtown Sioux Falls.
     Mayor Huether will provide a brief update on city projects and answer questions regarding any city topic from 11 am to noon in the Friendship Room at First Lutheran.

     Sample cakes, meet with wedding planners, gather honeymoon information and book a D-J all under one roof at the Pipestone Bridal & Prom Showcase.
     It goes from 1-4 pm at the Pipestone Country Club located at 1105 8th Avenue Southeast in Pipestone, MN.
     Admission is free.

     Master Magician and Illusionist Reza performs at the Flandreau High School Gymnasium at 7 pm.
     Tickets are $15, $12 for students.
     The performance is a fundraiser for the After-Prom Committee.

     Sioux Valley Cycle Club is hosting Ice Racing today.
     Gates open at 10 am, practice is at 11 am, the races start at noon.
     Tickets are $7, free for kids under ten.
     Sioux Valley Cycle Club is located just north of Sioux Falls at 25901 S. 477th Avenue.

     The very first James Bond movie, Dr. No, is tonight's feature during the Nostalgia Night Film Series at Rapid City's Elks Theatre.
     Showtime is at 6:30 pm.
     Tickets are $5.
