Summer Dairy Tours Announced

Four dairy operations across southeastern South Dakota will host open houses this summer, Agriculture United for South Dakota announced today. Each open house will include a free lunch and tour of the facility.

  • Saturday, May 31 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Norling Open House, 29762 468th Ave., Beresford, SD
     
  • Saturday, June 7 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Hilltop Dairy, 48514 U.S. Highway 14, Elkton, SD
     
  • Saturday, June 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Day on the Farm at Royalwood Dairy
    Children's entertainer Phil baker will perform from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., coinciding with make and take crafts for children.
     
  • Saturday, July 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cottonwood Ridge Dairy, 48170 266th St., Brandon, SD
