While drivers can easily be distracted behind the wheel, a study shows that Sioux Falls is the safest city in America to drive in.
According to Allstate, crashes happen 27.6 percent less often than the national average. And it's an ongoing trend; the city's been ranked number one in five of the eight reports on America's Best Drivers.
Boise, Idaho, ranks second while Washington, D.C., is rated the most dangerous city to drive in. Drivers there are 112.1 percent more likely to be involved in a crash than the national average.
