SIOUX FALLS, SD -
A 10 year old's artistic abilities and message about drug prevention was unveiled in northwestern Sioux Falls on Monday.
Journey Elementary 4th grader London Van Sickle won a competition among Sioux Falls and Harrisburg students who drew posters with an anti-drug message. London's picture of a fire-breathing dragon is now displayed on a large billboard at the corner of Russell Street and Westport Avenue.
A helicopter was even on hand for Monday's unveiling.
Next month, all the students at London's school will enjoy a pizza party.
