Student Injured In Bus Crash Released

The number of patients who remain hospitalized after Tuesday's school bus crash near Cottonwood is dwindling - with another student discharged today.
Fourteen people were injured in the crash that claimed four lives. Six are still in the hospital.
Kenyon Gleason is a spokesman for Avera McKennan hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He says one student was discharged this afternoon.
Of the five patients remaining there, one adult is in fair condition, one student is in serious condition, two students are in fair condition, and one student is in good condition.
Another student at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester is also in fair condition.

Hand County authorities say the 81-year-old Pierre man who had been missing since Sunday morning was found dead.

The Hand County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Leroy Nye, who was last seen at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18.
