Strong Winds Create Blizzard Conditions In NE South Dakota

Blowing snow and blizzard conditions are plaguing areas of northeast South Dakota.

Areas that are getting hit on Monday are the same places that have been hit time and time again in the past few weeks.

Some new snow did fall overnight and the strong winds are now blowing it around. 

In Day County, drivers are dealing with icy roads and areas of blowing snow.  The Highway Superintendent is asking that people stay home if they can until travel conditions improve.
