The University of North Dakota hockey team is back home in Grand Forks, after being stranded in South Dakota over the weekend because of a blizzard.
The team was traveling back from Omaha, Nebraska, and had to stop in the northeastern South Dakota city of Summit when Interstate 29 was closed.
Assistant Athletic Director Jayson Hajdu says the team left from South Dakota about 2:30 p.m. Monday and arrived home about 6 p.m.
