SIOUX FALLS, SD -
An overnight storm has authorities in Sioux Falls dealing with a part of a tree that fell over onto a house.
Sioux Falls Police and Fire Rescue responded to a home off of 37th Street and Hawthorne Avenue, where part of the tree came down.
A firefighter on the scene says a large section of tree on the next door neighbor's side toppled over onto the roof of the house. This part of the tree is several feet long, enough to cover the front of the home. There's minor damage, and no one has been hurt.
Police say there have been very few reports of damage throughout the city. That's likely to change, however, as families wake up and look outside.
