Even though the system from yesterday is gone, some pockets of snow or sleet showers will be possible today with highs in the 40s.
Tomorrow will be warmer will highs mainly in the 50s. 60 degrees is forecast for Pierre. It looks nice so enjoy the “warmer” weather…trends are looking colder for the weekend.
Light rain or snow will be possible Friday. We may even see some light rain or snow late in the day as a cold front arrives from the north.
The weekend is looking colder as some modified arctic air returns to KELOLAND. That means highs in the 30s, perhaps 20s in northeastern SD on Saturday. Light snow could develop by Sunday night and Monday as colder air builds again into early next week.
