Scattered showers continue to track across parts of southern and eastern KELOLAND this morning. Temperatures today will be cooler across much of the southeast, with highs into the upper 70s to lower 80s. Temperatures will be a little warmer in Aberdeen, Pierre, and Rapid City with lower to middle 80s likely. Look for clearing trends tonight and cooler weather with lows in the lower to middle 50s with light northwest winds.
Tomorrow will be a little warmer, with highs projected into the lower to middle 80s. This slight warming trend will be ahead of a cold front. This front will pass through dry, but cooler weather will be felt across the region on Thursday. In fact, temperatures will stay in the 70s for much of the area into the weekend. The next best chance of rain will return late Friday into Saturday. We will continue to watch that closely for those of you in drought areas. Look for the trend in the 70s to continue into early next week East River, with slightly warmer weather in western KELOLAND.
