Areas of snow are developing Tuesday morning across much of southwestern KELOLAND.
Snow machine on VIPIR indicates amounts up to 2" in SW South Dakota as of 5:45 a.m. Roads are slick and snowcovered as a result. This area of snow continues to expand to the east.
Sioux Falls and much of southern KELOLAND is under a winter weather advisory for the afternoon and early evening. A swath of 3-5” is possible with this system. This will affect the afternoon drive, so be slow down and watch for slushy roads.
