Highs on Friday will stay ten to 15 degrees below normal in the mid-40s to near 50s. Winds will pick up again; gusting over 25 mph in Pierre and Rapid City.

Look for slightly warmer temperatures on Sunday, but winds will increase during the afternoon and a few showers will be possible.
