Storm Center Update - Wednesday PM

Snow will develop in western South Dakota this evening and move into central and eastern South Dakota during the overnight.  Snow amounts by sunrise will be around an inch in parts of KELOLAND with isolated two inch amounts possible.  Lows will fall to the single digits and teens tonight with winds averaging five to fifteen miles per hour.

Light snow will linger into Thursday, but additional amounts will stay less than an inch.  Temperatures will warm slightly from the overnight with highs reaching the teens and twenties.  Winds will remain at five to fifteen miles per hour.

The colder air will stick around for the rest of the seven day forecast with highs in the teens and twenties.  Another round of light snow will be possible on Monday.
