Winds will slowly die down as we go through this evening and tonight, but they’ll remain strong for the afternoon at twenty to thirty-five miles per hour. Along with the light winds tonight, skies will be partly cloudy and temperatures will fall to the thirties and forties.
Thursday will not be as windy, but temperatures will also be a couple of degrees cooler. Highs on Thursday will be near seventy in eastern KELOLAND with middle seventies in the central and west. Winds will average ten to twenty miles per hour from the northwest. Friday will be a lot like Thursday with partly cloudy skies and highs in the sixties and seventies.
Another push of cold air moves in for the weekend. This will cause Saturday’s temperatures to only make the fifties and low sixties in eastern KELOLAND to the sixties and seventies in central and western South Dakota. We’ll have to watch for a frost or freeze this weekend too. Low temperatures on Sunday may fall to the twenties in eastern KELOLAND.
