Storm Center Update - Wednesday AM

June 25, 2014, 5:36 AM by Scot Mundt

An isolated thundershowers is moving east off the southern Hills this morning.  This thundershower will clip Rapid City early this morning.  More widespread showers and storms will be likely in western South Dakota late this afternoon and evening.  Some of the storms in western South Dakota will be strong to severe with heavy rain also possible.  Otherwise, skies will be partly cloudy for KELOLAND with highs in the seventies to near eighty.

Showers and storms will move into central and eastern KELOLAND tonight.  Much of eastern KELOLAND will get the rain well after midnight.  Lows tonight will be in the fifties and sixties.

As temperatures warm to the eighties for the next several days, scattered showers and storms will be possible.  Some of these storms will be strong to severe through Saturday.
