Storm Center Update - Tuesday PM
February 14, 2012, 2:29 PM
by Scot Mundt
Light rain and light snow showers will leave northeast KELOLAND this evening while another round of the light activity will move into western and south central South Dakota. Anything that falls will stay light. Lows will fall to the teens and twenties tonight with light winds.
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy in much of KELOLAND due to a stronger system well to our south. It will be strong enough to give us clouds and isolated flurries or sprinkles, but anything that falls will be hard to measure. Highs will return to the thirties and lower forties.
Skies will then clear for Thursday through the weekend with temperatures warming to the middle and upper forties by Sunday. We’ll have to watch Monday and Tuesday of next week. There are indications of a storm system for that day. In the meantime, enjoy the above average temperatures.
