Storm Center Update - Thursday PM

A few light showers have kept going throughout the day today. Those light showers have been slowly weakening and fading out throughout the day. Then around 2PM, a few storms developed to the south of the Chamberlain area and began moving to the east.

A few showers are still expected to linger in the southeast portion of KELOLAND for the overnight hours. Otherwise, clouds will be clearing out for other areas. Lows tonight will be cooling down to around 60 degrees, a little warmer in the southeast, lows cooling down to the upper 60s.

For Friday, the end of the work week, clouds on the move out with a few showers still lingering in the area for the Sioux Falls area. Highs for Friday in the upper 80s for eastern part of the area, central and western KELOLAND will get a little warmer, highs in the low to mid 80s.

For the weekend, Saturday looks to have mostly clear skies with highs topping out in the low to mid 80s. Then Sunday, a cold front will move through the area which will bring highs back down to the 70s and bring KELOLAND some more showers and storms
