Clouds have become thick in eastern KELOLAND, but they will slowly go away during the evening and overnight. Temperatures will remain in the seventies and eighties through the rest of the afternoon and this evening. We’ll eventually have lows fall to near sixty tonight with light southerly winds.
The winds will increase during the day Friday with breezy conditions becoming likely. The south winds will help bring in warmer temperatures and higher humidity. Highs will reach the low to middle eighties in eastern KELOLAND on Friday with the low nineties likely in central and western South Dakota. Middle to upper eighties will be common Saturday and Sunday in eastern KELOLAND while central and western South Dakota hit the lower and middle nineties.
The nineties will move into eastern KELOLAND on Monday and Tuesday while central and western South Dakota bake in upper ninety to triple digit heat. A weak wave will bring temperatures closer to average by midweek for eastern South Dakota while the central and west remain in the nineties.
