Light showers in eastern KELOLAND will move east through the evening while isolated storms have developed over the Hills of western South Dakota. These storms will become more numerous this afternoon with a slight chance for severe hail and wind through the evening. Temperatures will hold in the eighties through the afternoon and early evening. The strong south winds will die down this evening.
Showers and storms will become more numerous tonight in eastern KELOLAND. Temperatures will fall to the middle sixties tonight with light winds.
Rain will still be possible east of Interstate 29 Friday morning, and then skies will become partly cloudy. I’d like to keep a slight chance for an isolated shower or storm during the day, but the chance will be kept minimal. Highs on Friday will be in the middle eighties.
Hit and miss showers and storms will be possible this weekend; especially on Saturday. Temperatures will remain in the eighties Saturday and Sunday, but a big change is on the way for early next week. That’s when strong north winds will bring in much colder air. Highs early next week will be in the sixties and seventies.
