Storm Center Update - Thursday PM

A Tornado Watch is in effect for eastern KELOLAND until 9:00 PM.  The watch is mainly along and east of Interstate 29.  Scattered storms will redevelop in southeast KELOLAND and move northeast.  The best location for the developing storms is in northwest Iowa where temperatures have warmed to the low 70s.  Any storms that develop will quickly move northeast.

Central and northeast South Dakota will have scattered rain showers through the evening and overnight.  The snow in southwest South Dakota will end during the evening.  Lows tonight will fall to the forties and fifties.

Friday will be partly cloudy with highs in the sixties.  Northwest winds will blow at ten to twenty miles per hour.

Another round of rain will move through this weekend with temperatures in the sixties and seventies.  Next week will be cooler than average with steady chances at rain.
