Storm Center Update - Thursday PM

Happy Spring everybody! Great start to spring for today and tonight brings a little bit of rain for parts of KELOLAND. Northeast South Dakota has a chance for some passing rain showers, some areas may see a little rain/snow mix. Winds will be shifting to a more westerly direction at 10 to 20 mph.

Friday, cooler and windy, temperatures topping out in the upper 30s to low 40s with chances for rain, parts of rain/snow mix, for central and northeast South Dakota, winds out of the north with speeds up to 20 to 40 mph with wind gusts even higher.

The weekend will be colder, temperatures in the 20s and 30s with more light snow in the west. Next week, slowly warming up into the 40s by Thursday.
