Winds will calm down in the early morning hours as we go into Friday. Lows in the teens and 20s for most of KELOLAND, Northwest KELOLAND will bottom out in the single digits. A windy Friday for KELOLAND will bring a chance for a snowy mix for Central and Western South Dakota, highs in the 20s and 30s. The weekend looks to be the start of another cold spell as cold air moves into South Dakota again, highs in the teens and 20s.
The cold air continues into next week with highs generally in the teens and 20s or colder. Western South Dakota will be warmer, highs in the 30s. There is also a chance for snow starting as early as Sunday night in the west and could last into Tuesday morning in the east
