Scattered rain is slowly falling apart along and near Highway 14 this morning, while other locations are dry. Skies will remain mostly cloudy in southeast KELOLAND today with seasonal highs of around eighty degrees. There will be more sun in northern KELOLAND where highs will be in the middle eighties. Isolated showers and storms will develop in southeast KELOLAND after five this afternoon along with scattered storms in the Hills of western South Dakota. Most of the rain will go away as the sun sets this evening.
Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy tonight with lows falling to the fifties and sixties. There’s still a slight chance for an isolated storm tomorrow before the temps return to the nineties this weekend. Nineties will most likely stay with us through much of next week, as I don’t see a break in the heat until the first week of September.
