Some showers and thunderstorms will continue to work their way north through the state tonight. The area of warmer air found in the southeast will fuel some thunderstorms during the evening and overnight hours as we head into work week. Lows tonight will be in the mid to upper 30s for western and central KELOLAND, low to mid-40s for the eastern side of the state.
Wide spread scattered rain showers mainly east of the river will be leftover for Monday. Highs still cooler, upper 40s to low 50s.
High winds will also be a factor tonight through Tuesday. Sustained winds 15 to 25 mph with some areas out in the west seeing 20 to 30 mph. Wind gusts could fall into the 30s and 40s.
Rest of the work week will be cooler, highs mostly in the upper 50s but closing in on the 60 degree mark by Saturday.
