Low pressure moving northeast out of Colorado will bring more showers and thunderstorms to KELOLAND today. Some of those storms have a chance to become severe so keep the StormTracker app nearby as that can alert you to severe weather in the area.
Temperatures today will be similar to yesterday in that they will be very dependent on the storms. Overall though, expect low 70s in the west to mid to upper 70s for central and northeast South Dakota and the southeast could reach the low 80s if the storms hold off long enough before arriving.
The work week will see on and off storms as smaller systems move through, the first being Tuesday afternoon into evening for the southern half of the state.
High temperatures will slowly decrease so that by next weekend, highs could range from the mid-60s to low 70s.
