Storm Center Update - Sunday AM

November 18, 2012, 8:24 AM by Ben Cathey

Morning fog is popping up along the Missouri River.  Other than the fog, most are quiet this morning.  We’ll have a weak disturbance rolling through that will draw in a south breeze and a healthy amount of cloud cover.  There will still be a good amount of sunshine.
Apart from a few sprinkles today in east-central South Dakota we remain with a dry forecast.  A cloud deck will hang over our eastern counties tonight and that will keep us slightly warmer.  Clouds will stick around the southeast tomorrow, at least early in the day.  The exiting weak cold front will leave others will clear skies and highs about five degrees cooler than today.
We start warming back up on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Wednesday will be the warmest day all week, ahead of another cold front coming on Thanksgiving.  That will drop our highs 10 degrees or-so.  Most will remain dry through the forecast, though, as there is very little moisture in play.
