Storm Center Update - Saturday PM

by Ben Cathey
After a terrific day outside, a disturbance etches a path along the I-90 corridor. However, very dry air inhibits almost all overnight activity. Expect lows in the middle 30s out east, and upper 20s near Rapid City.
Tomorrow, we'll still be above the average high, but compared to today, it will be much cooler. Add that to a northwest wind keeping a strong pace and it will feel chillier. East of the Missouri, remnant mostly cloudy skies stick around. Partly cloudy high above us in the western portions of KELOLAND for Sunday.
Tuesday through the early parts of Thursday looks to be the cool spell of the week. We'll still be partly cloudy, but morning lows siphon down into the low 20s.
A dry forecast awaits this week, despite currently being the driest autumn on record.
