There is a line of showers in eastern KELOLAND moving northeast this morning. Current track has this rain in southeast KELOLAND till the early afternoon before fading out. Surface high pressure should help keep showers at bay but we could see redevelopment of some rain. Best chances are in the west over the Black Hills. Highs today ranging from the upper 50s in the west while everywhere else is looking at mid to upper 60s.
For the overnight hours, we’ll see decreasing clouds with temps cooling down to the mid to upper 40s. Slight chances for rain out west as some rain could drift in from Wyoming.
For Sunday, highs slightly warmer, lows in the low 60s in the west to the upper 60s to low 70s in the east. Mostly clear skies remain however, some showers and storms will be moving east. Current timing has rain in the late afternoon for the Rapid City area and everywhere else will see rain Sunday evening to late Monday morning.
Temperatures will slowly warm back up to the upper 70s to low 80s by the end of the week. Next chance for more storms in the middle of next week.
