A good portion of Saturday looks to be an alright day. A few showers are in the central and north central KELOLAND this morning, those look to fade away by late morning. This afternoon, partly cloudy skies with clouds building throughout the afternoon, highs in the 60s to low 70s with 20 to 35 mph gusty winds. A few light storms are possible out in the west in the afternoon.
As we go into the evening and overnight night hours, chances for widespread storms across much of South Dakota. Eastern and Southeastern areas have a chance for some storms to be severe, mostly high winds and hail. Lows in the mid to upper 40s.
Then Sunday will be a rainy day for much of the day with highs in the 50s and 60s, gusty winds continue.
The work week will see continuing rain chances as low pressure will sit and spin over KELOLAND and some areas in the west may even see some snow as the low pulls in colder air. Highs bottoming out in the 40s mid-week then the low will move on and a warm up will begin.
