The big warm up comes today! Southerly winds and clear to mostly clear skies will bring highs in the 50s for the east and mid to upper 60s for western KELOLAND. Winds will be breezy, up to 25 to 30 mph winds with gusts up to 40.
Saturday night, the skies remain clear with lows in the mid to upper 30s, winds will also die down to 10 to 20 mph. A cold front will be moving through overnight as well shifting winds to the north.
For Sunday, clouds building throughout the day. Highs in the 50s and 60s with breezy winds 15 to 25 mph.
Monday will be an interesting day. It looks like temperatures will steadily decline throughout the day, meaning that the morning temperature is likely to be warmer than the afternoon temperature. Afternoon temperatures in the upper teens and 20s possible. Along with that, winter returns. Snow accumulations are possible across KELOLAND with the highest amounts in the hills and northeast KELOLAND. This storm looks to be gone by late Monday.
The rest of the work week, will be a slow warm up so by Friday, KELOLAND looks to be back to the 40s. There is also a chance for light snow again on Wednesday for central and southeastern KELOLAND.
